Dr. Bell sees patients by appointment only, except for emergency situations. It is advised that you call early in the morning if you need an appointment for the same day. It is expected that patients be punctual. Every effort will be made by the provider to keep on schedule. The courtesy of a phone call is asked if you are not able to keep your appointment.

The length of an appointment is determined by the physician and is usually dictated by the nature of your problem.
